  7Sparks connects clients with actors, models, crew, and shooting locations. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the availability or suitability of any casting talent or location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.
  
  
• Bookings & Cancellations
  All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered binding. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. For locations, last-minute cancellations or delays may incur additional fees.
  
  
• Payments & Fees
  All fees for talent or location bookings must be paid in full upon confirmation. Late payments will result in penalties. 7Sparks reserves the right to withhold services or cancel bookings due to non-payment.
  
  
• Talent Responsibilities
  All talent and crew members are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Failure to comply with the agreed-upon requirements, including punctuality, may lead to removal from the project or future opportunities.
  
  
• Liability
  7Sparks is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during any project or while using our platform. We only act as a facilitator and cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of clients, talent, or location providers.
  
  
• Intellectual Property
  All content provided through 7Sparks, including profiles, images, and videos, is protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
  
  
• Amendments to Terms
  7Sparks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
  
  
• Governing Law
  These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
